Introduction

Fees for our services are as outlined in the pricing schedule you receive at the start of the service agreement. Fees may vary depending on the complexity and volume of payroll work. We will notify you of any changes to our fees in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information related to employees, contractors, or any other relevant payroll data.
  • Ensure that all documents submitted to us are correct, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to employee details (e.g., pay rates, deductions, employment status).

4. Confidentiality
We are committed to safeguarding your personal and employee data. All information related to your payroll, employees, and contractors will be handled in a confidential manner and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from errors in payroll processing that occur due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. Our liability will be limited to the fees paid for the specific service where the error occurred.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all relevant payroll reports and documentation for your records.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
